Swim, bike and run – indoors!

Registration:
Indoor Triathlon or Tri & Half
$15 before Nov.24th, 2013
$35 after Nov.24th, 2013

Both Indoor & Half
$25 before Nov.24th, 2013
$45 after Nov.24th, 2013

Indoor Triathlon-
• Swim: 10 minutes to complete as many lengths as possible using any swim stroke.
• Bike: 30 minutes to ride as many miles as possible using the Keiser spin bikes (to the tenth of a mile)
• Run: 20 minutes to run or walk as many miles as possible (to the tenth of a mile) using the Life Fitness treadmills

Indoor Half-
• Swim: 15 minutes to complete as many lengths as possible using any swim stroke.
• Bike: 45 minutes to ride as many miles as possible using the Keiser spin bikes (to the tenth of a mile)
• Run: 30 minutes to run or walk as many miles as possible (to the tenth of a mile) using the Life Fitness treadmills

Final Score
Performance is measured by the distance traveled; the goal is to cover as much distance as possible in each segment. All distances will be converted to points.  Individuals with the highest total points will be awarded.

Start Times
Friday start waves will begin at 4:00pm and continue every Hour until 8:00pm.
Saturday start waves will begin at 8:00am will continue every Hour until 2:00pm
