TICKETS GO ON SALE: Monday, March 25, 10 a.m. – NO EARLY SALES!
COST PER PERSON: $25 per ticket. Children 2 and under are free. Each ticket allows you entry into the park and includes lunch. Lunch is an all-you-can-eat hot dog buffet. Lunch time will be announced as soon as we know it. Parking is not included and GHS will not be providing transportation to/from Carowinds.
TO RESERVE TICKETS: Email Carrie at CChristy@ghs.org. Include your name, a phone number where you can be reached, and the number of tickets you would like to reserve. Each employee may reserve up to 4 tickets. Tickets are reserved for employees, their spouses or significant others and children. If other family members or friends would like to attend, please see below. You may only email for yourself, not multiple co-workers. Because there is a limit, tickets are available on a first-come first-served basis.
TICKET DISTRIBUTION: An email will go out in April with instructions on where to pick up your tickets.
PAYMENT: A website has been set up to make payment easier. The website will be sent out once tickets have been confirmed.
ADDITIONALTICKETS: Additional tickets for other family members and friends can be purchased for $38. This includes admission to the park and entry into the all-you-can-eat hot dog buffet. Ticket prices to Carowinds for the 2013 season are regularly $54.99 and don’t include lunch.
