This program is designed for runners of all paces looking to run their first marathon or to train for a personal best!

Throughout this 14 week training program, participants receive attention from a certified coach, a weekly plan with planned routes and training tips, group support and encouragement, and clinics from experts. The first long run will be 10 miles and that should feel pretty comfortable. It highly recommended that you have completed a half marathon before this group begins.

The Fall Group will train for the Spinx or Rock and Roll Savannah Marathon but many will be targeting MCM, New York Chicago and other fall races.
