The Fleet Feet Reedy River 10K training group is designed to help you finish your first 6.2 miler or reach a personal best that’s been eluding you. For you first-timers, you should be able to run 2 to 3 miles and be ready for more! All paces and experience levels are welcome! With coaches and mentors at your side every step of the way, you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve!

The cost for the program is $100 and includes a weekly workout plan, technical shirt, group atmosphere, educational clinics and more!

Want to train to train? And keep moving during the holidays? With the time between race designed training groups, we have added a Saturday group fun run option. Group runs will be casual, not mentored like our training group practices and just on Saturdays, but a wonderful way to maintain the habit of meeting friends to run until race training starts. If you’d like to participate in the Nov- Jan group runs, just select the group option. If not, not worry. See you the beginning of February.

The group will meet Thursdays at 6 pm and Saturdays at 8 am.
