The 10K training group is designed to help you finish your first 6.2 miler or reach a personal best that’s been eluding you. For you first-timers, you should be able to cover 2 to 3 miles and be ready for more! All paces and experience levels are welcome. With coaches and mentors at your side, you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve.

The cost for the program is $120 and includes a coach designed weekly workout plan, group support, educational clinics on topic such as fueling, hydration dressing for heat and more!
The group will meet Thursdays at 6 pm and Saturdays at 8 am. 10 week program.
